Advisor Michael Nacht
Manseok is a third-year Ph.D. student at the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests include the causal mechanisms behind the strategic arms control, the nuclear non-proliferation regime, and North Korea's strategy for nuclear weapons use. Manseok received master's degrees in Nuclear Engineering and International Studies from UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Physics from the Korea Military Academy.
