Brenda is a PhD candidate at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. Her research interests involve exploring the effects of psychological barriers that underprivileged populations experience when interacting with government workers in order to access public programs.

Brenda has over a decade of experience as program manager and researcher in the non-profit and government sector in Latin America. She holds and MPA from UC Berkeley and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Argentina.
