Class MPP 2021
Over the past four years, I have spent my time working at the intersection of health policy and data in both the domestic and international realms. Most recently, I worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at a small international NGO focused on improving the delivery of primary healthcare services to school-aged children in Lusaka, Zambia. Prior to this, I worked on the policy and advocacy team at PATH—an international non-profit that uses innovation to deliver healthcare services to resource limited settings.
I graduated from Colgate University in 2015 with a degree in Geography. It was during my undergraduate years that I developed my commitment to public service and dedication to mitigating unequal access to healthcare and social services through policy. Over the next two years I intend to deepen my understanding of how data can be used to support the design and implementation of policies that aim mitigate the effects of systematic inequality. I am also looking forward to learning from my peers and gaining exposure to a diversity of policy interests.
